LMS, web, CD, etc., iTunes, iTunes University, Facebook, MySpace, CD, web server & more. Import and convert PPT to the web, add rich media. can capture video from web cam. Same thing with PENS i.e. a SCORM LMS that does not support PENS will not work with a PENS content authoring tool.

PENS is nearly non-existent in this segment and CMI-5 is extremely new and few vendors have it – expect more in 2019. The unknown of course is when a person goes to a web site to read an article, whether the system can tell if they actually read the whole article or skimmed it, or was on the site for like five seconds.

Web cam – ideally one that has an extensive viewing side by side angle. In the end, no matter what type of security you setup, if someone really wants to cheat even with a 360 web cam that the vendor provides, it can be done. Most tend to be proprietary, but I have seen a few that are SCORM/AICC and yes even PENS.

App – It wasn’t available in iTunes or Android, but you could download it via a QR scan. Oh and the number of web conferencing vendors – I can’t recall seeing one – maybe there were there – but I didn’t see them. It was as though brick and mortar stores had never left.

A robust system that contains everything from a perfect score in my learning environment functionaliy to administration (also a perfect score) to content curation, video management (with auto detection FPS) to the ability to accept course standards including xAPI and PENS. in iTunes and Google Play). It scored a perfect 100.
