I run an open source program called Synergy that lets me share the mouse and keyboard back and forth between the two. The biggest challenge for me has just been being disciplined enough to really do a good job liveblogging for multiple presentations in a day. I am using two computers. This is my usual setup for working.

There are also a number of papers presented each year (there is an online repository where you can view abstracts of the papers for free (after you register - argghh!) Think about the richness of your program is all your presenters told you to pound sand and that they would not be presenting nor attending.
