If your eLearning lesson is interactive (perhaps it's a software simulation with a quiz, or a soft skills lesson with buttons for navigation), the learner who navigates via the playbar instead of the interactive slide objects can derail the lesson. As far as the LMS is concerned, the learner skipped the slide.

It doesn’t matter whether you are developing software simulations, soft skills training, responsive or normal projects, if you master those Captivate features you’ll feel more comfortable and save a lot of time. It shows all objects at once on the stage, timeline is per slide, not for the whole project.

It is labeled ‘ Question Question Slides ‘ and believe me, still has daily views. It is important to understand the terminology, which is a problem when trying to answer questions everywhere: there is no ‘official’ glossary for Captivate and lot of terms are used in a haphazard way. You can use it to take existing PowerPoint slides, add voiceover narration, optionally record a self-video while presenting the lesson, add eLearning scenes and characters, add interactive elements, add a quiz, and publish the lesson to an LMS. Adobe Captivate is powerful, stand-alone eLearning development software.

That allows you to add overlay content slides, KC slides and can also be combined in a cptx project with other content slides. I think about merging with 360 slides, real quiz slides, adding links to other assets etc. For the interactive video slides it is possible to create a menu for easy navigation.
