I wouldn’t slide Training as part of this scene, although there may be companies where internally Training oversees performance. The term “performance management” conjures up a lot of perspectives for some folks. Anything can be spinned in such a way to fit for learning, but learning in a way is training right?

LXP – The Answers you seek

They continue to muddle up the learning system space. How is this difference from say an LMS or any other learning system that isn’t an LXP? If an LMS offers a content/course marketplace they will do the same thing. You could purchase 3rd party content as early as 2000. What they are and what they are not.
