Flash will still have an impact (at least in the area of mobile learning). Interestingly, it's Xyleme - an LCMS vendor that is sponsoring the site. My belief is that we'll hear a lot about it in 2011, but that by mid 2012 the focus will change to more actionable information related to doing. I call it working smarter.
