And in the Rapid eLearning Tools space, I left out Camtasia which is great for screencasting. And while Harbinger has provided some interesting tools that are essentially mash-ups for authoring, not sure I've seen much adoption. This will increase the discussion of the relevance of ISD / ADDIE (see also ADDIE Not Relevant?).
