Strategies will move much slower than organizations who adopt easy to use tools and make tactical use of these tools. We may also see use of Flash Quiz Tools , polls, survey tools or something like Harbinger Knowledge's Team Pod. And we won't see much adoption as the central vehicle for learning content delivery.

Was great at DevLearn. While large scale adoption will be slow, specific solutions aimed at particular audience needs will be more common. This will increase adoption of Web 2.0 Certainly in 2008, we saw lots of people are making tactical adoption - see Examples of eLearning 2.0. I use it a little bit. eLearning 2.0
