Macromedia Authorware and similar products. While some could argue that Authorware was a RCAT, I disagree. The Macromedia set typically would toss in Director, which created an equally impressive array of course capabilities, but a deep learning curve. PENS was created in 2005 by AICC as a new interoperability standard.
