Authoring tools whose interface either looks like to was written in 1997 (thus outdated) or is so confusing, that the premise of rapid, just is not possible. Quiz assessment tools and systems, that assume everyone wants to do T/F and M/C or Short Answer and T/F only. Learning Management Systems, LCMS, Learning Portals.

This is a growing market with new vendors showing up, but at the same time, others disappearing. Macromedia Authorware and similar products. While some could argue that Authorware was a RCAT, I disagree.
