So Ive got this client Im working with to help define an e-Learning strategy , and Im thinking about what role FaceBook should/could play in their plan. No firewall or technical infrastructure. Im interested in how we could leverage that existing community for better communication, learning opportunities, networking, etc.

Some notes: Polls: Most attending work in L&D with some HR, IT, and learning services providers. Current learning delivery channels primarily ILT classroom and ILT online as well as a fair amount of self-paced e-learning. Most learning professionals view social media as valuable to learners, and usage is growing.
