My list of top tools for learning in 2015 : Google Search : ‘Professor Google’ is he is known in my house. Like the brains of many professors, the information you’re looking for is usually in there somewhere, but sometimes difficult to pin down. It’s certainly a tool that works for me. LinkedIn does that job well.

While I'm on the topic of alternative search engines, I definitely need to remind everyone about Google Scholar and Google Book Search.
