Again, our customers aren’t asking for it, so we are just doing enough to appear that we are cutting edge. Apparently, the potential customers and even clients are speaking and those vendors are listening.

Open Source Systems – That have to be 100% free to be considered. Open Source LMS of the Year. My runner-up is Operitel’s LearnFlex LSP. Full is unlimited users, free tech and customer support for the first year,lifetime upgrades. Use Skype within their system. These standout to me.
