Again, our customers aren’t asking for it, so we are just doing enough to appear that we are cutting edge. No Skype nor Google+ icons and thus direct connections to, under your profile (although I understand with Google+ because it is so new). Of course, it could be for customers – they having their own social site, and yes a mixture of employees and customers, but honestly, would you want to fill out this much about yourself?
