Wikis and collaborative docs – letting people collaboratively work on a document allows them to share ideas, see other people’s contributions and build on them. Web pages – simple web pages can be used as job-aids or implementation aids, helping people to put their learning into practice or to remind them of key points.

We supplement this with Google Docs for collaborative document creation, have started using Prezi for storyboarding complex branching scenarios and Mindmeister for top level instructional design. For nearly all of our project communications within LearningAge Solutions we now use Basecamp, an online project management and collaboration tool.
