A hierarchy approach – Chapter – Page – Lesson/Assignment/Scenario was the terminology used and design structure. Storyboards were common. Macromedia Dreamweaver came out with templates. Dreamweaver was the tool to use for web design and development. I used DazzlerMax. I went with a Hybrid form of ADDIE.
