ILT (Instructor Led Training – Workplace, even EdTech – K-12 and Higher Education). Other options were universities who went online, via Lotus Notes. Heck, I was in a doctorate program, whereas the majority of the ‘courses’ was via Lotus Notes, the other was ILT. It had something to do with ILT.

It is very similar to an ILT (classroom setting), in that everyone goes to the next section or chapter of the syllabus, and then it is discussed, etc. Some SBL classes have tests – timed or must be completed by Saturday for example. Is SBL the same as Online ILT? SBL is e-learning, but in name only.
