Some vendors refer to multi-tenant as portals and sub-portals, or business hierarchy with separate tenants. Q: Does it cost extra for sub-tenants aka sub-portals aka as children? Talk to anyone who has a multi-tenant (multi-portal) platform and immediately they will pitch that they are ideal for any markets including the B2B. Ability to skin/brand each sub-portal/tenant/instance/child separately, so if there are 25 children, then each child has a different skin/brand than the parent (main site) and so forth.
