Well, I guess for ILT, and even then as time has evolved, it hasn’t. I think informal/formal was designed and suited for ILT, not e-learning, because from the days of Corporate in 2000, you could do informal with your LMS. Does it really apply to customer education/partner training/channel partners, B2B?
