Any system whereas the main focus of business is custom development with less than 15% learning and or training systems? If you like, then RFP it. Not Strictly EdTech? Any open-source solution?

I’ve been there – well, not hating it – I always thought it was the way to go (even in 2000). If you plan to offer e-learning for internal as well as customers, then list it.
