19 Zenler Studio - I liked this product last year (2012) and I still find it quite favorable. Easy to use interface and supports SCORM and AICC. #18 A few vendors say “social learning” but it is often far from it. AICC, SCORM and PENS support. FT- Another product I liked in 2012 and still like in 2013.
