The Successive Approximation Model , developed by Allen Interactions, is an Agile version of the traditional instructional design model, ADDIE. Not only does Brain Boost quiz them on things they got right in their lessons, but it will also quiz them on things they got wrong more frequently and in iterations.

The ADDIE model works well for this phase. To avoid this, create a database where all your content can be stored and tracked. Assessment tools: These include quiz software, test certification software, etc. The lack of a content development process will make it hard to scale your content. Are you using authoring tools?

Any practice you track is assessment, and so inherently the final practice is summative assessment. I’m ecumenical about whether this is practice or assessment; if they’re performing the task they have to do in the workplace, with whatever trappings, we have a basis to assess their ability. The choices should be challenging, not easy.
