For example, you can use branching scenarios in training as a full group with discussion or polls, in small groups, or outside of class as a discussion prompt. This would be effective with smaller training classes and with topics where one of the goals of training is to share and reflect on different approaches to situations.

Few platforms offer the same number of features as Adobe Connect. In particular, we love the Adobe Connect poll pod. Polling is critical for online events, like webinars, and online training. Polls give participants a way to express their opinions and thoughts. Basics of the Adobe Connect Poll Pod.

Application training via a synchronous tool like WebEx, Adobe Connect, or Elluminate too often ends up with passive learners. Sometimes synchronous training is what we need to do though, so I’ve been trying to find ways to make it more effective. I built these questions as a poll with multiple choice options.
