They see an opportunity in the SMB space where customers may not want to purchase an ERP for HR or a full blown HRIS and then purchase or have a LMS. The downside is that some of the vendors will reduce down their L/D components and focus more on the TM side of things. Why more features on the side of HR? How amazing? I love this!
