If there’s a beta program or new software application, I’m quick to sign up and play around with it. All you do is open it and then you can pick a color from any part of your computer screen. Audacity is an open source audio editor. I usually record my audio directly in the rapid elearning tools. FLV Player.

The “Files&# area contains all the images, video, audio, etc., I will say this about EasyGenerator, the properties is so extensive in this program, that you should not have any issue on what the outcome or desired effect should be. Video – flv only. Course window – on right side. Flash with text.

AUDIO RECORDING AND EDITING. Audacity is an audio recording and editing application with a lot of the features you find in commercial products. It works on all platforms and is probably the most popular free audio program around. Open Office. I keep hearing good things about Open Office. DOCUMENT CREATION.

Well, actually, I'm open minded, you could do that if the situation warrants it. It's time to import them into a video editing program. At times you'll want to take video from another shot and mix it in with another audio track. Export to a format that Captivate supports, like FLV, and then import it into the program.

They let you use keyboard key combinations instead of a mouse or program menu. Open Adobe Captivate Help (To access dialog-box-level help, click the Help button on individual dialogue boxes.).
