Sure, these are great tools, but how do we utilize them effectively to change how people learn in the workplace or at school? In no realm has this been more evident than in our constant encouragement of the use of internal social media networks as a crucial benefit-multiplier for any employee training project. Internally, we have deployed a number of wikis for some time, and my colleagues are just down the hall.

Level 4 Eval traditionally done during Learning Outcomes (there were a lot more things on his chart, but Im not that fast and it was somewhat complicated.) Some are doing Level 2 recall or decision making.

Im a linear reader in recovery and have been actively learning how to skim books and not feel guilty about it. Although Im not in active instructional design mode for any projects right now, I did jot a bunch of ideas. those born between 1991-2000), Im a bit of an ape (no offense to apes, mind you). Im not sure I buy how much real impact any of this will have on bottom line measures. Do we really believe they will be proxies for effectiveness? Because, honestly, we don’t care if they learn if they don’t use it for the benefit of the company. So the benefit is what we measure. To prove benefits 2.
