This hasnt gotten onto my radar before -- Im not sure if there are any state-funded online programs in Massachusetts. Within higher ed, Im sure well continue to see growth in online, but it is starting to plateau a bit. The K-12 market is pretty wide open though, so theres lots of opportunities for rapid growth there.

After a few years, I got involved in an IT initiative (then it was called MIS) -- designing a new software application to support our call center business.
