The content has been created by the vendor (learning system) themselves and they are giving it to you OR it is from sources such as TED or the 3rd party content provider has agreed to give X number of courses for free to every client (based on the agreement set forth by the partnership).

ARTICULATE NON EST REX – 3 REASONS HIGHER ORDER LEARNING IS BEYOND THE MOAT

Nothing wrong with that except for three insurmountable issues: The first being Articulate and other analogues, encourages anyone to believe they know how to create learning. Of course, companies have beaucoup dollars invested in Articulate and the people to run it so this will be a bottom up migration.
