I mean it is not like something is going to change in just a few weeks for any such product. Innovation – if the product doesn’t offer some innovative features, then they are stale. Feature sets – they have to be more than PPT to Flash or add an audio clip and video clip to the course. Here are my criteria.

For the masses of the e-learning audience, people do not shoot video at a production facility or have one in house; but some do. Some people might convert their PPT to a video (it can be done) OR they have that production facility and shoot their own high quality videos OR they purchase 3rd party content video courses.

Was great at DevLearn. Some lower-end, PPT + Audio tools will do well with none winning huge shares of the marketplace. Mzinga certainly is way better as a product that my dire prediction. I put up a couple of screencasts that show how to use LinkedIn for Finding Expertise and Searching for Expertise - LinkedIn Answers.
