When you search with “conferencing&# , 14 apps for the iPad, of which 4 are utility or productivity apps. Not everyone knows who you are, so they are not going to search by your name. Keywords – #1 priority for any vendor. Have a native app – this is a huge problem with mobile learning vendors.

Mobile Learning – yes you can view it on tablets and smartphones. Social Learning – No. Many people today prefer 3rd party authoring tools and in fact, I recommend that route rather then using a vendor’s built in authoring tool. Built in Content Authoring Tool – No. IMO, not a big deal.

I couldn’t see how they could call themselves a social learning platform, because it seemed more to be an online authoring system or if you want to stretch it, a hybrid next gen lite LMS. All dressed up in a nice box, bow attached and ready for use. Layout and look very nice. Fast upload times.

After video recording, you can search by keyword and it goes right to the video that the person says the keyword. Yes they offer some features for free, but the paid version looks exactly like any other social learning system that uses the FB like page. Cool Features. Nothing that blew me away.
