While I disagree with the L&D-only focus (ignoring training – as though L&D is the only entity around), I found that the latest version of Cornerstone CSX (Learn – LMS), is going in the right direction. In the newest version (target launch is Nov/Dec 2022), an “intelligent board” makes its debut.

On the flip side, Grovo is by far one of the most overrated systems on the market, especially with the assumption that it must be “forward thinking” and thus have NexGen robustness. I have known SumTotal for a long time, and I can say, that this latest version of the product is by far the best version.

So, system is up and running, say in one month, but the “new” version, your version comes out in four months. Thus, you could buy the system, and get it ready, then start working with Helium. Go live, and offline, work with Helium, then when ready = push it go live. I really love that side. What about other vendors?

Skillsoft – An Analyst Perspective

If the buy content you get Skillsoft system sounds familiar you are correct, because the same approach was taken with Skillport, an LMS from Skillsoft, which was really a stripped down version of the old Element K system back in the day. Grovo, which eventually was acquired by Cornerstone. Skillsoft content. A totally mixed bag, still.
