Tweetdeck Im officially hooked to Twitter and use Tweetdeck to organize and group those I follow. But Gcal helps me keep myself organized, and now that Ive discovered CalenGoo for the iPod Im all synched up. Im ready for the iPhone. Google Reader Its how I stay informed on the latest blog posts and news. I agree, Dave.

Im concerned that women will be excluded if such a focus is put on gaming skills -- or at least the gamer label. Im just raising some questions. I would expect that we will find people who dont actively participate in social media to hit a ceiling before non-gamers do though. I dont have a conclusion here.

Hit Us Hard 31% Hurt A Little 33% Not Much Effect 33% Helped Us 3% (Is "it hasnt hurt us yet, but Im nervous" an answer?) Level 4 Eval traditionally done during Learning Outcomes (there were a lot more things on his chart, but Im not that fast and it was somewhat complicated.) Most of us are doing Level 1 completion and smile sheets.

The bonus of so many of the social media tools we use is that our pictures are attached. If I notice Im losing someones attention in class, Ill instantly make direct eye-contact, maybe raise an eyebrow, and start talking directly to that student, and most of the time. It was a bit disconcerting at first. Unexpected beards.

Much of what I learn feeds right into these changes we see in the industry with the focus on informal learning and social media.

Like Tracy Hamilton , Im enjoying the endless thought streams. Im having fun hearing the stream of peoples activities and thoughts ("ambient intimacy"), but is that all there is to it? I know people consolidate and slim down ( Brent , for instance), but Im not sure Im ready for that challenge. Im cammybean on Twitter.
