Personal Concierge takes the pushy salesperson out of the equation, but having the vendor(s) reach to you, to provide you with additional information, insight, thru a personalized and dedicated experience. The one downer to the entire system, and one I have repeatedly told them is a bad idea, is that it is only xAPI for content.
