From a vendor perspective there was a huge impact, but what was odd, is that some vendors still are living in the past, as though, this is a minor blip, and in 2021, everything will go back as it was – corporate wise that is. It is a syllabus and Zoom or whatever web conferencing solution you are calling a flipped classroom.

hey it is a Mashup of Emotions! Although after talking to several vendors, irritation seemed to be a part of their response to me. Estimate 55% e-learning related content, including e-learning vendors and ILT vendors who added a “virtual training” component as part of their offerings. Quick Notes.

Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). Saba does a good job as well. Please remember for TM or as some vendors like to pitch as “performance management or knowledge management&# , the modules are extra and are not part of the system (at least for now). What I like about conferences is the ability to see the latest products and hear the pitches from the vendors. Yet, for all that do it, their are equal number of vendors who do not. Vendors who hand you a product (trial) and their business card or they just have their items in a bowl and you grab one. TK 11 Products.

Virtual classrooms and smart-boards are used in a more student-centered way (not putting all the attention to one person up-front=bad). open up exciting opportunities for people to access relevant information where and when they require it. If you are seeking a system that is a mash-up of useful business tools with a strong LMS, than this is a system to examine. Their ideal market honestly is education, but they as many other VLPs have realized that corporate is a delicacy that cannot be passed up. Well, that’s good because I just made it up.
