Last week I had a presentation around using Social Media and Web 2.0 tools to improve your performance as a knowledge worker. One of the questions that always comes up is: How do I find more information to help me get started? One of the questions being raised this week in the free, online course Work Literacy: Web 2.0 for Learning Professionals is how social networks impact personal learning. To me, this is a critical part of The New Skills for knowledge workers. Great example of a query.
