I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. You will always find products that are not well known yet receive rave reviews or “best buy” How many times do you go into your local supermarket and compare the generic version X to the brand name? Plateau is long gone and buried and people should realize that. Service and support is lackluster.

#10 to #1 LMSs of 2012

Extensive APIs support. Support is fantastic and what I have found is they really care about their customers, a rarity in today’s space. TinCan support with mobile learning, however no on/off synch. Mobile learning support, but no TinCan nor on/off synch. Back in the days, the Plateau platform was ghastly awful.
