Yet, as I have often noted, it is rarely pushed upon in an RFP, let alone a demo. You the consumer can use the support card as part of your RFP process, which I strongly recommend. . Anyone who says they do not have the metrics – trust me – there is someone there who does OR they can compile based on what is needed.

Meet my friend, the RFP. If you are going to use an RFP, I recommend using the one I created for each and everyone. LMS RFP Template (click the link). Part of the problem with today’s RFPs, usually the ones created by folks, is that it contains too much stuff. Then if you must, send out the RFP. DON’T.

Seek additional resources before just either blasting a RFP out to everyone or picking up the phone, because you saw their name. And let’s go back to that RFP for a second. Over 640+ vendors out there, and trust me there are plenty, hundreds even who will give you hard setup numbers. Give me a hard number. E-Learning 24/7.
