What SCORM compliance are you? 2004 3rd edition? SCORM (as it is known, when it is before 1.2)? . Because if you are using a content authoring tool that is SCORM 2004, then you must find a system that is at least 2004. SCORM is backward compatible, not forward. . What about AICC?

CourseLab – ADL SCORM certified, no less. Break it Down – DATA (based on my directory of vendors). It isn’t, but there are a few vendors starting to add it to their interoperability standards and yes a few LMS vendors too. PENS was created in 2005 by AICC as a new interoperability standard.
