As DArcy explains "If you want to clean up your browser after Sitemeter, delete anycookies you might have from "specificclick.com" (I had 4 cookies fromthat domain, but Im not sure if they were a result of Sitemetertracking code from my blog, or from elsewhere.)" They will not install mallisious software.

Instead of a man with no country, Im a man with three computers and three operating systems. This is the worst piece of software engineering excrement ever to wander up onto the shore since I dont know what. Im serious. We recently implemented (with the help of our Apple engineer) a few test bed machines. NO regrets.
