Tin Can API with online/offline synchronization – AWESOME! At the end of 2012, was #4, now it is #6. M-Learning offers online/offline synchronization. No online/offline synchronization which is bizarre since education is going the way of tablets – including iPad rather than purchasing laptops and desktops.
