In an earlier post, I presented the top ten LMSs of 2013-14, but held back on announcing the top 20. Below are my top 20 rankings for 2013-14. Top Three Open Source LMSs of 2013-14. Moodle - Whether you like it or not, the system still reigns supreme for free open source. Not anymore. Change that.

Docebo - Top 10 state of the LMS Industry 2014, will be in my Top 10 for the same report. The product is built on Moodle, and yes you can download the open source and customize it yourself, but why? For me it makes sense, especially since it works with Office 2013 and 64 bit systems. But has a lot to offer. Bottom Line.
