While there are a lot of different Learning Management Systems with very different features, the requirements in this situation are a bit different. To me this is a new kind of system. I'm temporarily calling this a Rapid Learning Management System. Systems? And I want to charge for this.

For the eLearningGuild, I wrote a description of the 10 Gotchas in LMS Selection, Installation and Configuration as part of their Research Report on Learning Management Systems. I regularly read Tracy Hamilton's blog. She's been writing about getting a new LMS. hate to say it, but this is likely not going to go well. NOTHING!!!!

To be in the Brandon Hall report systems do not pay to be in it, but do have to answer an extremely detailed questionnaire. This is important to look for in a system. Integration with other large systems 43% have connected with PeopleSoft 40% with SAP (both of these are large HR employee tracking systems) 34% with Oracle 5.
