I am attempting to embed short (10 sec) video files to a captivate 2019 project and publish it as an swf file. When viewing the swf file, the videos appear to be attempting to load (i get loader icon indications) but the video never loads. I need this video saved into the swf file, if at all possible.

I am trying to embed a MP4 video into my Captivate 2019 project. The post Connection Error Captivate 2019 MP4 Video appeared first on eLearning. It plays in preview but when I publish I get a Connection Error. I have read through many other similar issues, but haven’t been able to resolve.

I’m working in Captivate 2019. I thought perhaps I could convert the videos to.wmv and re-embed them and see if that would work… nope. I thought perhaps I could convert the videos to.wmv and re-embed them and see if that would work… nope. It looks like I can’t embed a.wmv file.
