Not only have they just completed the sale of their NETg subsidiary to SkillSoft for $270 million , but they have also announced they are selling Higher Education assets of Thomson Learning to a couple of venture funds for $7.75

When they went course aggregator, I saw them as a nice alternative to Skillsoft who was off acquiring other course providers including NetG and then down the road, Element K. Learn.com wasn’t a bad system. It wasn’t great or okay, good, but there were people who liked it.
