Some SBL classes have tests – timed or must be completed by Saturday for example. I have seen SBL courses – i.e. classes used with Lotus Notes, so you do not have to have a LMS to have a SBL. Heavily used in the corporate, non-profit, association, non-academia/education world (over 90% and growing).
