Not understanding that they are creating a product for people to use , rather creating what they feel people should use. If I am vendor, whose product is paid (i.e. not free, or not 100% open source) and I have to do 100% customization to land a client, I would worry about my cash on hand and debt load.

If a RCAT vendor tells you they have been in business for over 10 years, they are somewhat misleading, since WBT courses really didn’t start to hit the mark until 2000 and then you have limited choices on how to build. Macromedia Authorware and similar products. While some could argue that Authorware was a RCAT, I disagree.

An e-learning marketplace. You create your own courses – as you would normally do – this is not done in OpenSesame. – creating courses and selling them. Nor, a LMS vendor who enable their customers to sell their courses, but only people who have the same LMS vendor can buy and use them.
