If I am a potential customer, I would expect nothing less to come out of the vendor’s mouth on their product and user friendliness. I am still surprised on how vendors who are offering assessment only tools are staying in the game. Some vendors push heavily on PPT, implying that a great WBT is really a PPT converted to Flash. Listen, Authorware is dead, so why create a product that is trying to bring it back to life with your own product? It isn’t.
