Missed the beginning due to a phone call, but glad to actually hear Janet’s voice after all this time interacting through blogs, Facebook, etc. folksonomy rather than standardization. Many government organizations are struggling to figure out how they can practically apply Web 2.0 Within the government and military, Communities of Practice have proven to be a highly effective way to drive social learning for organizations.
