Product: Raptivity. Raptivity is an interaction tool. The solution I looked at was their base, Raptivity Essentials and it comes with a “select pack&# called “Zest&# , which for some reason on their pricing is shown as a separate option. To start Raptivity, you click on the shortcut on your desktop.

On the top of the screen, four labels are visible (you can change the label names, remove if you so choose, etc.). This appears on the right side of the main screen and lists options such as “Approvals, Record Learning, News, Skills Inventory, Self-Assessment, Reports, Google, etc.) Another nice feature is the language change.

It is as if someone finally turned on the light bulb and said to themselves, “Sheesh, why should we give Raptivity the entire market for interactivity templates.” Well some vendors have more than 15 come with their product. Thankfully that is also changing. You could also change the text.

While templates in the authoring tool market is not new – they have been around for many years – the number of vendors launching templates as part of the product is staggering. . In the recent past, Raptivity has been recognized as the king of template space for RCATs, especially with simulation templates.
