CBT Prior to online learning known then as WBT, and then the latter term of e-learning (vendors today, use it to refer to content that is online), there was CBT. CBT was the “new” and exciting way to learn. Could someone create a course at said company? WBT (Web-Based Training). So, no 640 there.

This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . In all the years I have attended and have known about ATD (formally ASTD), this year is by far the most in terms of e-learning vendors, especially those in the LMS space.

That is the problem with the term and as such it creates quite a confusion in the marketplace. NetDimensions - $$-$$$$. Another player in the space that not only fits the build of an extended enterprise but also as a multi-tenant. E-Learning 24/7. It goes to Number 11 (Spinal Tap reference). Mid size and up.
