GeoLearning’s GeoMaestro is a LMS that packs a wallop but at the same time has some features that provide limitations. It is truly amazing on how vendors seem to think lots of stuff on the page, is the way to go and navigation is just a requirement. GeoLearning offers the creation feature for you, for an additional cost.

CBT Prior to online learning known then as WBT, and then the latter term of e-learning (vendors today, use it to refer to content that is online), there was CBT. CBT was the “new” and exciting way to learn. ILT (Instructor Led Training – Workplace, even EdTech – K-12 and Higher Education).

SumTotal – As for their system as a whole, the new UI for the learning side – is a major improvement over what was previously their UI. On the Maestro side (formally GeoLearning), I don’t understand how they could have dropped the ball on the platform. That doesn’t mean some vendors are not trying.

This version ($40/u/m) is geared towards the instructional designer/developer. To the folks at ON24, I’m sorry but virtual learning is not something brand new. The interface you showed was similar in many ways to the old GeoLearning 3D look back in 2002 (which Geo eventually dumped – too bad).
